Session Fees
Individual Psychotherapy : $225
Insurance & In-Network BenefitsI believe in making quality mental health care accessible. To help you utilize your in-network health benefits, I partner with Alma to accept certain insurance plans. Please visit my Alma profile and learn more.
Please note: When using your insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will be determined by your specific plan's copay, coinsurance, or deductible requirements.
Out-of-Network Benefits (Superbills)
If you are out of network, you may still be able to receive substantial reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network behavioral health benefits.
How it works: You pay the standard $225 session fee upfront. At the beginning of each month, I will provide you with an itemized, insurance-ready invoice called a Superbill.
Reimbursement: You can submit this Superbill directly to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.

Many insurance providers offer a number of out-of-network options you might not be taking advantage of! To discover what options are available for you, here are some questions to ask your insurance company to help you get more of an understanding:
"Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits for outpatient mental health office visits?"
"What is my out-of-network deductible, and have I met any of it yet this year?"
"Once my deductible is met, what percentage of the session fee do you reimburse?"
"What is the 'Allowed Amount' or 'Maximum Allowable Fee' for CPT code 90837 for an LCSW in my zip code?"
"How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement, and what is the time limit for submitting claims?"
Superbills are provided on a monthly basis

Yes. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need a lower fee. We can talk together in our initial consultation about a rate that feels manageable based on your financial circumstances.
After about six months, we’ll check in about the fee and make any adjustments as needed based on your circumstances and the current sliding scale structure.
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
You deserve to know what to expect when it comes to the cost of therapy. Healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
You’re welcome to request an estimate before scheduling your first session.
